As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics processes. You combine a customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills, delivering high-quality service every step of the way.

Your responsibilitiesIn this fast-paced role, your day will never be dull. You will:

• Dive into the world of air freight and coordinate shipments from start to finish;
• Keep clients informed with clear updates on rates, delivery times, and shipment status;
• Ensure accurate documentation and seamless invoicing;
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and colleagues – both locally and internationally;
• Think proactively, offering solutions and ideas to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

What we’re looking for:

• You communicate clearly and effectively in English, Dutch is preferable;
• You enjoy variety and can easily switch between tasks;
• You have a sharp eye for detail and work precisely with data and systems;
• You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve;

What we offer:

• A full-time position in daytime shifts within an international organization;
• Salary in accordance with collective labor agreement scale 7: €2,434 to €3,300 gross per month (depending on experience);
• Direct employment with DHL if you already have relevant industry experience;
• No experience? No problem! With the intention to offer you a direct contract after a few months, this role gives you the opportunity to grow and develop into the position.
