Job Description
Do you get energy from organizing and planning group stays from A to Z? Are you good with computer systems and looking for an administrative position in event management? Apply directly for the position of Events Coordinator Groups at Leonardo Hotels!WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Coordinator Group Reservations you are responsible for groups of 10 to 200 guests who visit our 16 hotels in the Benelux, both for leisure and business purposes. You organize everything from the request that comes in, to the moment they leave the hotel. You are not operationally responsible, but you send a document with all information and the planning of the group stay to the relevant hotel.

You take care of, among other things, accepting the application, quotations, planning, arranging the room lists and contacting the internal departments about this. In addition, you ensure the correct contractual settlement, invoicing and you organize any extra wishes such as meals or participation in events in our hotel. Our processes are not set in stone, we are certainly open to ideas and creativity.



Job Requirements
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
  • You have some experience in event management or a simular position;
  • You can plan and organize well and set priorities
  • A Hospitality-related education (Hogere Hotelschool, Facility Management) is an advantage;
  • The stability of an administrative position suits you;
  • You have good knowledge of the English language in word and writing.
SUPPORT OFFICEA young, fresh, stubborn hotel company, that takes a slightly different approach. That is Leonardo Hotels. We operate in the Benelux with 16 hotels. The employees of our Support Office work for all these hotels and perform tasks related to their department. The departments Sales, Human Resources, Revenue, Marketing and Finance are centralized and work together for the hotels in the Benelux. A permanent workplace? Not for us!  We regularly visit the hotels and occasionally work at the offices located at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. Every day is different and that makes our work fun and challenging! We consider your development very important and organize several training courses in your field or offer the option of a personal development plan.
