Both by adding new hotels to the portfolio and launching new restaurant concepts, but also because we became part of Leonardo Hotels in 2018. As Leonardo Hotels Benelux, we are within the large Leonardo Hotels Group, responsible for all activities for the 28 hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. The Content Manager will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of Leonardo Hotels Benelux by creating, developing, and distributing compelling content across various platforms and channels. This position is key to shaping the brand identity and storytelling as part of a broader strategic initiative that includes creating new brands, revitalizing existing ones, and launching new websites. The Content Manager reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the broader marketing team, designers, and other key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and on-brand content for all touchpoints and channels, including online marketing, email marketing, and both internal and external communications.
- Create persuasive and impactful messages for advertising campaigns, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
2. Research and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas and narratives to drive brand storytelling and create memorable brand experiences.
3. Content Quality and Consistency:
- Proofread and edit content [Md1] to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency in tone and style, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers to integrate written content seamlessly with visual elements.
4. Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in language, culture, and digital marketing to infuse fresh and relevant perspectives into communication strategies.
- Overall responsible for all content on all our digital platforms, websites and external platforms like OTA's.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Proven experience in a content management or content marketing role.
- Exceptional command of Dutch and English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit various brand personalities and audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and formats such as Always-On Ads, Paid Social content, and newsletters.

- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Creative and original, with the ability to evoke emotion and engagement through storytelling.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
