Cluster Marketing Executive – focus F&B and Social Media Coordination

- Manhattan Lounge Bar, a local hub for the community with a strong music theme
- De Japanner Zuid, a modern touch of the traditional Japanese Izakaya experience
- voco The Hague, near Binnenhof
- Ultramarijn, Bistro and Cocktail bar with a steampunk Notical theme
- Botanica, the fine dining flagship of Dutch Cuisine with a strong sustainable and ethical concept.
Overview: We are looking for a creative and dynamic marketing professional with a passion for the hospitality industry to lead the promotion of our brands on a local level. Do you have a knack for social media, communication of events and a drive for performance? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Cluster Marketing Executive for Crowne Plaza Amsterdam and voco The Hague.
Location: voco The Hague & Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South, 2 hotels in the Netherlands. Due to the nature of the work, we expect you to work from both hotels, managing your (travel) time in the best way. Reporting to: Cluster Marketing Manager Preferred starting date: end of August 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Venue and Event Ambassador:
- Use and optimise all media channels to communicate about our agenda and ensure the success of all events.
- Partner with local influencers and media to enhance visibility and attract guests to our F&B venues.
- Work closely with all departments to support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities for the bars and restaurants.
- Social Media Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison with our marketing agency managing 5 of our 6 brands on social media.
- Develop and curate engaging content for the 6th brand on social media platforms
- Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for both hotels, with a special focus on Food & Beverage (F&B) promotions.
- Collaborate with the F&B teams at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam and voco The Hague to highlight unique dining experiences and special events.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and POS, to drive bookings and customer engagement.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
- Uphold the brand standards of Crowne Plaza and voco, while infusing creativity to attract and engage existing and new guests in our venues.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in the Netherlands.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media.
- Experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
