Are you ready to be part of a dynamic, high-tech logistics environment? DHL Supply Chain in Weert is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our team.
If you enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative setting and take pride in precision, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Logistics Operator working in our cleanbench area, you’ll handle sensitive components with the utmost care and precision.
Your daily tasks will include:
Handling delicate electronic and optical components using specialized tools (gloves, tweezers, ESD-safe instruments) to ensure contamination-free processing
Cleaning parts using ionized air, alcohol, and lint-free wipes to maintain strict hygiene standards
Labeling and packaging products in cleanroom-compliant materials (e.g., ESD-safe bags, vacuum pouches) within a controlled dust-free environment
Adhering to cleanroom protocols including gowning, hygiene, and behavior standards to maintain product and process integrity
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Structured two-shift rotation (Monday to Friday):
Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00
Occasional weekend availability may be required

What We’re Looking For
A team player with a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working with small, fragile components
Willingness to follow strict cleanliness and safety procedures
Basic computer skills; experience with SAP is a plus
Previous logistics or cleanroom experience is preferred, but not required – we provide full training
Prior experience with MHE, such as EPT and Stacker, is also a plus but not essential.
Reliable transportation (car or bike) to accommodate shift hours
A flexible and proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in spoken and written English
