About the Vacancy
To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to expand our Business Development Department. The Business Development Analyst supports the Business Development processes as well as the Business Development Team. It is a starters position with the intent to become a Junior Business Development Manager after two to three years. Based in the company's headquarters in Breda, you will be part of a multifunctional team and exposed to many parts of our global business.

What will you do?

• Takes over market research tasks on customers, competitors, etc.
• Conducts warehouse and transport analyses
• Supports the preparation of commercial proposals
• Helps gathering information needed for tenders NewCold is invited for
• Creates presentations
• Supports the team with coordinative and administrative tasks
• Looks at processes with an innovative mindset

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, logistics, supply chain management or comparable
• Fluent in English, any other European languages is a plus
• Previous Business Development Support experience is highly appreciated
• Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment
• Embraces change and innovation, copes well with uncertainty and ambiguity, approaches tasks with curiosity and proposes solutions
• Takes ownership for priorities, assumes responsibility for own action, works and communicates with honesty and integrity
• Action oriented, committed to results, contributes to success, takes the next step, shows passion and motivation
