Het iconische hotel is gebouwd volgens Plan Zuid, een district ontworpen door de bekende architect Berlage. Het is gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum, museumplein en het Concertgebouw.

Hilton Amsterdam is a renowned property with 271 hotel rooms, 21 banquet rooms, authentic Italian restaurant and a nautical style bar at a unique location. Famous for John Lennon and Yoko Ono's 1969 ‘bed-in for peace' and Hilton's first hotel in the Netherlands. The iconic hotel is built on the baseline of Plan Zuid, a district designed by prominent architect Berlage, which highlights the Amsterdam School of architecture and contains boutiques, designer shops and couture houses.

Job Description
For our International Kitchen Team we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef. In Hilton Amsterdam we offer 7 days a week a breakfast buffet with extra a la carte options for the guests. Within this position, your main tasks will be:
Setting up & maintaining buffet up to Hilton standards Efficiently prepare à la carte orders based on guest requests Organize and prepare mise en place based on expected guest volume Manage inventory by placing orders and ensuring par levels are consistently met Following the latest HACCP regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness at all times Monitor and control food waste, implementing practices to minimize loss and maximize efficiency Being up to date of the latest kitchen trends Participate in training courses
