A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you'll mostly be:● Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us● Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests● Owning your bar – managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean● Handling cash and credit transactions● Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service

About usCrowne Plaza Amsterdam-South is located in the bubbly Zuidas area, just a 5-minute walk from station Amsterdam Zuid which connects you to the city centre within 10 minutes. Easy to reach, the area previously known as the financial district of Amsterdam is becoming more and more residential, with great bars, restaurants, shops and a Thursday market.
The hotel offers 207 room, 6 meeting rooms, fitness facilities, a lively bar and two outdoor sun-terraces overlooking the Zuidas area. In 2024 the restaurant was rebranded to De Japanner Zuid, Amsterdam's very first izakaya concept, drawing inspiration from the traditional Japanese izakaya bars where locals gather to unwind with drinks and snacks after work before starting their long trip back home.
