You are a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends and supervising others to do the same. When you are behind the bar, you create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting. You take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage and food menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day and you lead by example to all of your team.
- Are responsible for the daily operations of the Bar and flexible to support other B&F outlets in the hotel if necessary, including our ambient restaurant, our authentic Dutch “Koepelcafe”, Club Lounge, in-room dining and Event Operations departments.
- Will be supervising the entire team in B&F during a morning, afternoon or evening shift and keep the overview.
- Make sure that all ambassadors work together as a team and you divide the tasks in the different departments.
- Train ambassadors and are responsible for the correct execution of our brand standards.
- Execute administrative tasks such as scheduling and email handling.
