As Banqueting Operations Supervisor you are; flexible and responsible for the Banqueting and your team. Together with the Banqueting and Operations Manager you will be guiding and leading your team. You are taking care of our guests and their fabulous experience with us and you will of course give them a warm welcome. Under your supervision our guests will have a memorable experience!
Job Requirements
Tasks and responsibility's:
- You are capable of keeping your team productive and make sure the working atmosphere is nice and the employees are motivated;
- Welcome guests, greet and guide them;
- You are responsible for POS during shift;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Making sure the buffets and tables, the lobby bar and meeting rooms are all looking perfect;
- Contact person for groups, Sales & external clients;
- You are assisting and in direct contact with Booking Office;
- Closing, checking and bookings on PM's ;
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar job is a must and/or you are a student following a hospitality education;
- Your English language is good in vocal and writing. Speaking Dutch is a plus;
- You are able to reach the hotel at any time.
