Banquet Ambassador
The Banquet Ambassador position at the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel is an all-round position with a wide range of working environments. You will be responsible for for setting up our four meeting rooms, make sure that breaks and refreshments are done according to meeting schedules, adjust preferences according to wishes of the client and help out in our F&B outlets. Our Banquet Ambassador will welcome our guests with a friendly, authentic approach, creating a unique and personalized guest experience.
Your day will consist of
- Setting up meeting rooms: Prepare meeting rooms with tables, chairs, and other necessities according to client requirements.
- Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
- Serving beverages & food to our guests, making recommendations
- Record transactions in the system
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Taking care of the equipment used
- Advising guests about the local discoveries
- Sharing your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues

- Have a passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage.
- Don't mind moving furniture around.
- Enjoy working in a proactive and dynamic environment.
- Are a self-starter with a hands-on attitude.
- Can communicate effectively in English.
