About the vacancy:

The Agile PMO Implementation Product Manager will execute the total implementation on a dedicated project correctly and efficiently and will lead the implementation team assigned to the project according to NewCold's policies and procedures.

What will you do?

  • Planning and managing all activities and resources including the budget for the implementation execution of the new site
  • Translating the Operating Service Agreement's (OSA) into NewCold Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for the Warehouse, ensuring customer specific requirements are met
  • Ensuring the implementation of the agreed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and respective reporting
  • Initiating and managing training schedules and materials for the total site crew
  • Assisting the Operations department in the initial start-up phase and advising on improvements in the processes
  • Assisting Business Development and Operations with implementing new clients
  • Auditing existing sites and reporting findings to the Country Manager
  • Managing, developing and coaching the team to improve individual and organizational performance
  • After operational go-live, taking over the operational responsibility for the new site

Who are we looking for?

You have:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or Warehouse Management
  • Implementation Management experience
  • Warehouse Management experience
  • Process and Workflow Management skills
  • Automation & IT Affinity
  • Professional Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English (preferably Dutch), every other European language is a plus

Please note this is a 40h/week vacancy and travel to our EU sites is required.
