Our client is a leading innovator in performance-focused apparel and gear, empowering athletes and fitness enthusiasts to achieve their best. With a mission to enhance performance through innovation they set new standards in the activewear industry. They are now looking for a new Dutch speaking AP Specialist to help enforce their accounting team.

• Responsible for processing all vendor invoices for 6 legal entities, including coding into the correct GL account and cost & profit centers.
• Ensure that European VAT codes and rates are correctly applied to invoices in the ERP system, with support from the Accounting team.
• Ensure that all invoices are approved by business and finance on a timely basis and in compliance with the company authority matrix.

• Maintaining the accounts payable email inbox for processing invoices and distribution of reminders and or statements to teammates.
• Delivery of the month end accrual for non-processed invoices.
• Support on ad hoc issues and improvement projects where required.

•       At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Mbo+ or Bachelor degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Must possess strong organizational skills supported by defined processes.
• Accurate.
• Ability to work in a very structured way.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, German/Italian/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and Arriba is a plus.
• Ability to identify and resolve business problems within a team setting.
• Ability to understand and document business processes and related internal controls.

•       Performance based bonus.
• Salary range between €43-46K Inc. Holiday allowance.
