In this dynamic role, you will not only provide excellent service in our F&B areas but also show off your kitchen talents by preparing simple yet delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest's expectations.
- Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from cocktails, coffees to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
- Making sure that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
- Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving ability and stress resistance.
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
